Our / my experience with Dr. Kinjal and her staff has been nothing less than exceptional. My daughter had her first visit when she was only 3 years old & I was convinced there was no way she would stay still, without crying & it would be a roller coaster ride for us all by the time we are fully done with the treatment. We, as parents had our anxieties & were worried about the entire thing. But, to our amazement, our daughter felt so comfortable that not a tear was shed. Dr. Kinjal made our first visit a great experience. She has been very patient all the way & ensured that all our queries were answered at length and that we were totally convinced of all that needs to be done. In fact, after the first sitting, when it was time for the next round, my daughter looked up to meeting Dr. Kinjal and was excited to go!
Yes, all our worries on how our hyper-active little girl would be handled by a doctor & if there would be enough tolerance all the way through, came to rest in our first sitting with Dr. Kinjal. From the time of getting my daughter on the chair, till the time we were done with all the rounds of treatments (which were around 7-8 sittings), it has been a peaceful & a happy journey.
As my daughter is now 10, those memories can never be forgotten. Even after years gone by, my daughter still remembers Dr. Kinjal as “Dr. Angel” (the name given by my daughter & it undoubtedly still holds good) & is happy to visit her whenever it is time for her regular round of dental check-up or any other issue, that may so arise. And with our experiences, we know for sure, it is the safest place to be!
